​A general study covers types of licensing in most of IPRs, the rights and obligations of the licensing parties, control of anti-competitive practices in contractual licenses according to national laws and international agreements. Followed by an analytical and comparative study of one of certain topics, such as licensing of IPRs as computer programs, licensing of the pharmaceutical sector and contractual and compulsory licensing for some types of IPRs, etc.
